White foamed waves and amber coloured sand

It's november and I'm back in Cornwall. And how! The drive from Harwich to Newquay is long and I find myself orbiting around London for 3,5 hours before finally making my way westwards. When I finally arrive and get out of the car, the ground seems to move underneath my feet. I definitely need some time to recover. Fortunately, I stay a couple of days at NewPerran, a quiet holiday park located west of Newquay. In a beautiful lodge I make it myself at home and enjoy a restful night, followed by a lazy morning. Of course it didn’t take long or I got excited about seeing the Cornish sea again…

Lucky as I am, this park is situated a short drive from one of the most beautiful beaches I have seen so far: Perranporth beach. This enormous stretch of warm coloured sand is surrounded by cliffs and dunes. A strong wind is blowing the white foam of the waves onto the beach. As I breathe in the air, I breathe in life energy and as it surges through me, I laugh, feeling happy.
