What makes Instinctive Archery stand out?

Garden practice session 3.672: damn, will I ever get it all right? The technique, the feel in my body, the focus… Some arrows come close but the feeling in my body tells me they were lucky shots. I take up the bow again. It lies lightly in my hand. With my awareness I reach out to it, including the bow in my self-image, allowing it to become an extension of my arm. With my left hand I reach for an arrow. It gives a soft click as I put it on the string, as if to say that we’re ready. I look at the exact spot where I want the arrow to hit. In my mind I can already see the desired result and while I keep focussing on my visualisation, I let the feeling that a good shot brings me, come up from within. Like laughter can bubble up, the feeling of success fills up my body, mind and emotions. With a soft smile I lift the bow, pull the string … and release. Spot On.

Instinctive archery is not about technique, it’s about intention. It’s not a physical thing you do. The physical part is but the manifestation of what you do in awareness. It’s about mindset and energy. It’s about the inner you. To achieve your goal, you have to match that goal on the inside. You have to be the success that you want. Not only think about it, you have to feel it, believe it and then live it. Outer circumstances will adjust to match your vibration. They already do, you know

To Mastery!
